Sales of new guitars and items are subject to manufacturer's warranty and 7 day return policy

VINTAGE/CONSIGNMENT

Vintage and used guitars and equipment sold on consignment or thereother are not returnable (extraordinary cases permitted) All sales are final.

SELLING WITH US

We buy instruments and we also consign them. Our consignment percentage is variable, based on the value of the instrument, among other factors. If repairs are necessary, the repair cost will be deducted from the consignor’s share

SHIPPING

Play Vintage is not responsible for shipping delays over the estimated transit times due to extraordinary or unusual circumstances, those are beyond the control of the store

For Non EU buyers* It is the  buyers responsibility to enquire with their local customs for clearance and fees applied.  

Play Vintage is not responsible for declarations, clearance and/or fee evaluation or delays etc*

Play Vintage offer backline rental for your event! Hard to find or specific models are all in stock or can be sourced for you , amps guitars etc.. we got it!

Give your event ,music video, feature film, wedding etc the right detail
