Gibson SG Special 1972 - Faded Cherry

A gorgeous SG special from 1972!

This SG features early 70’s appointments like dual black cover patent sticker mini humbuckers, thin 39mm nut, harmonica bridge , Gibson branded bigsby, witch hat knobs and a beautiful dark rosewood fretboard with block inlays.

The guitar plays nice and fast with original frets and low action. There is a lot of finish wear and buckle rash on the guitar which actually looks super cool and uniform! The pickups are really special and have a lot of air to them they are also great for clean funky tones! There seems to have been a little repair on the side where the control plate is, it’s very well done and barely visible, one of the witch hat knobs has also broken a little but still functions perfectly.

The guitar is 100% original and has no neck or heel breaks!

Comes in a Harley Benton light case.
